At my local HEB, select Rimmel Nail Polish was marked down to $2.24.
There is a HEB Yellow "B" Coupon for $1.50/1 Rimmel Cosmetic Item.
I thought 74 cents was a good price to pay for some pretty nail polish so I was going to get it.
To my surprise, the nail polish rang up for only $1 making it FREE with the HEB coupon!
Awesome!
You might want to look around at your local HEB and do some price checking to see if you can get the same deal.
